eLearning for Hrvatska lutrija
Simple and quick employee training
Ericsson Nikola Tesla introduced a remote learning (eLearning) system for Hrvatska lutrija (Croatian Lottery). Hrvatska lutrija invests in professional training and development of its employees with the aim of continuous training and developing their professional knowledge and competences which are necessary for the successful execution of work tasks. When this project was implemented, the emphasis was placed on the education of people working in internal sales network through the implementation of the eLearning system (learning management system, LMS), the digitalization of educational content and the centralization of knowledge. The main goal was to increase the availability of learning and quality of education for as many employees as possible, which would ultimately result in an increase in the level of professional knowledge, reduce education costs in the future and increase overall employee satisfaction.
