When you submit an open application, our recruitment team will review your qualifications and experience. If a suitable position becomes available that matches your skills and background, we will contact you to discuss potential opportunities. Your application will be kept on file for 12 months according to our Privacy notice. The same applies to students’ open applications—we’ll reach out if a relevant role or opportunity arises.
Your application should include an up-to-date resume (CV) and, in most cases, a cover letter outlining why you’re interested in the role and how your experience aligns with the job requirements. Some roles may require additional documents, such as a portfolio or references. If you’re applying for developer positions, including your portfolio (e.g. link to your GitHub etc.) can make you stand out as a candidate.
Our recruitment process typically involves several stages and may vary depending on the unit or position. It begins with technical testing and/or a psychological assessment, followed by one (or more) interviews with the hiring managers, team leads or team members.
To prepare for the interview, familiarize yourself with our company, the job description and industry trends. Be ready to discuss your experience and how it aligns with the role. Also, feel free to ask questions about the company, our team and culture during the interview. After all, an interview is a two-way conversation, allowing both the candidate and the company to determine if they are the right fit for each other. 😊
Yes, we support flexible working arrangements, including remote or hybrid options, depending on the role and business needs. These details are typically discussed during the interview process. We offer flexible working hours, allowing employees to start their day between 7 AM and 9 AM, and finish between 3 PM and 5 PM, depending on personal preference and schedule.

There is an annual salary increase process which is, of course, based on individual performance. Beyond the contractual salary, our employees are entitled to three types of variable compensations. These include two annual bonuses: a company-wide bonus, dependent on the achievement of company-level goals, and a department-level bonus, based on the department’s performance at the end of the year. In addition to these two bonuses, individual contributions are recognized with personal bonuses, rewarding significant contributions made by individuals or teams.
We don’t offer student internships; instead, we focus on providing employment opportunities because we see students as long-term additions to our teams. If you’re looking for a short-term option for students, we run a Summer Camp each year, a five-week workshop designed for final-year undergraduate and graduate students with experience in software development. This program allows students to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
Certain roles require more frequent travelling, which is usually stated in the job description/ad. Occasional traveling is required for most roles (including conferences, trainings, etc.)
